Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on everything except stickers, which ship for a flat $5.99. The price you see at checkout is the total, before any sales tax.

Every item is printed for you after you order. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive within 2 weeks. Around the holidays it can take longer.

When you send an item as a gift, it ships to the name and address you enter under shipping, with your note on the packing slip. The receipt goes to you, not to them.

Returns and refunds

Because each item is printed with your own pet and your own words, we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong size, or a typo in the words you chose. Please check the preview before you buy.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not at all, we’ll make it right with a free reprint or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Email support@trypetty.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if it never came) with your order email and a photo of the problem. You don’t need to send anything back.

You can cancel an order for a full refund until it goes to the printer. Email us as soon as you can.

Terms

Petty lets you turn photos of your pet into memes and order printed products made from them. By using Petty you agree to these terms.

• Your photos and words. Only upload photos you took or have the right to use. You keep the rights to your photos. You give us permission to use them only to make your memes and print your orders.
• What you make. Don’t use Petty to make anything hateful, sexual, harassing, or that uses someone else’s trademarks or artwork without permission. We may refuse or cancel an order that does.
• AI. Some features use AI to write captions and build scenes. The results can be imperfect or unexpected; check the preview before you share or buy.
• Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Printing and shipping are handled by our print partner, Printful.
• Shared jokes. If you let friends use a joke, others can see its words and scene (never your photo). You can turn this off at any time.
• The service. Petty is provided as is. We may change or pause features. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Privacy

• Your pet photo is sent to our server only to make your meme and is deleted within 24 hours. A photo you choose to remember stays on your own phone.
• Your memes are saved on your phone, not on our server. When you order, we keep the print file for the order until it has shipped and for up to 60 days after.
• Jokes you make. When you describe a moment, the words you type, the lines Petty writes and the scene it builds are kept on our server so you can reuse them and friends you share with can make their own version. Never your photo.
• Orders. To fill an order we keep your email, name and shipping address and share the shipping details with Printful so they can deliver it. Stripe handles your card; we never see your card number.
• Usage counts. We count which steps people use (like making or sending a meme) to improve Petty. We don’t sell your information or use it for ads.
